Inland Sea Works is a Great Lakes-rooted project and technology shop built around curiosity, practical judgment, technical problem-solving, and getting things done.
The work may happen in a server room, on a job site, inside a browser, around a conference table, or somewhere nobody has written a playbook for yet. That range is intentional.
ISW is not built around selling a particular platform or forcing every problem into the same service package. The better starting point is to understand what needs to happen, what constraints are real, and what a successful outcome actually looks like.
Sometimes that means leading a defined piece of work. Sometimes it means supporting another team, coordinating technical details, or bringing a fresh set of eyes to something that has gotten stuck.
